Renewal process

Below is a high-level timeline for the commodity levy renewal process.

February to end of March: initial engagement with growers
Mid-April: proposal sent to growers. Engagement continues
15 May: ballot papers sent to growers and voting starts. Engagement continues
14 June: voting closes
Late June: results announced
Early July: industry submits application to the Minister of Agriculture
